A hand-tied weft with a finished edge that can be cut to length without coming apart. That matters more than it sounds. It means the row can be sized exactly to your head instead of folded and bunched, so it sits flat and does not create a ridge you can feel through fine hair.

Consultation and color match first — always. Hair is ordered to your shade, which means there is a lead time between the consult and the install. Then installation: fullness enhancement for density, or length and volume transformation for length. Then maintenance.

Your hair grows, so the row moves away from the scalp. A quick bead move-up resets it. An extended maintenance with re-sew removes and re-sews the wefts and is the longer version. Every six to ten weeks, depending on how fast you grow. Skipping move-ups puts tension on the attachment points, and tension is how people lose their own hair.

If you will not commit to the move-up schedule, or you want length without ever having it colored or trimmed to blend, extensions will disappoint you. They are a standing appointment, not a purchase.
