Seventeen years. One chair.
Kether Wesley-Wiese is a Master Color Specialist with seventeen years of experience across salon leadership, industry education, and film, television and bridal work. They own and operate Drip Hair Studio, a single-chair studio in Bozeman, Montana.
Seventeen years is long enough to have worked in most kinds of room. Kether has led salon floors, taught other stylists as an industry educator, and worked on set for film, television and bridal, where hair has to hold for a nine-hour day and match across shots taken hours apart.
That last part reframes the work. A color that photographs beautifully the day it is done and looks wrong in six weeks is not a good color. It is a good photograph.
Drip is the version of the job with the compromises removed. One chair, one guest at a time, and enough room in the appointment to do the consultation properly and let lightener process to the right point rather than the scheduled one.
The work
Balayage, lived-in blonding, dimensional brunettes, color correction, Genius Weft extensions, precision cutting, and bridal.
Color correction is the specialty that arrives by accident — people find their way here after a box, a home lightening attempt, or three years of stacked regrowth. Nobody is in trouble.
The rule
The hair leaves healthier than it arrived. It is a constraint rather than a slogan. It is the reason corrections are split across sessions, and the reason the answer is occasionally no.
Come in gray. Leave in color.
One chair. One guest at a time. Wednesday through Saturday, noon to six.
