Cancellation

Twenty-four hours' notice to change or cancel. Inside that window is 50% of the service. A no-show is 100%.

It isn't about the money — it's one chair, and a late cancellation is a slot nobody else could take.

If something genuinely goes wrong, call. The policy exists for the pattern, not for the emergency.

Adults only

Drip is an adults-only studio. No children or additional guests in the salon during your appointment.

It is a single-chair studio with one guest in it at a time. There is no waiting area and no second set of hands.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Consultations

Color corrections and extensions are never booked blind. Both start with a consultation that produces a real number and a real timeline before anything is mixed or ordered.

Pricing

Services listed at a price are that price. Services listed as priced at consultation depend on length, density and color history, and are quoted in person before work begins. You will not be surprised at the end of an appointment.

Bridal

One hour, in-salon, before the day. On-site day-of, up to six bridesmaids. Travel included within 50 miles of Bozeman. Past six hours on site, $100 per hour.
